Lori Litherland, Founder

Recruiting talent in Agriculture since 1993, Lori founded Litherland & Company in 2000. We have a record of successful searches and client relationships. Lori's family background includes several generations of farmers as producers, mill owners, merchants and retailers. She earned her Advanced Program in Human Resources Management certificate at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and her CHRP at HRPA. She is committed to the sustainability and evolution of Canadian Agribusiness and the development of its leaders.

Michelle Constable, Recruiting Associate

Michelle obtained a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Alberta in French and Italian Literature and Language, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She enjoys the process of assisting employers and candidates develop new relationships.
