Lori Litherland founded Litherland & Company in 1993 with a focus on recruiting in agriculture. With a lifelong interest in the fields of psychology, motivation, leadership and achievement, she was known for inspiring candidates and captivating audiences. Lori had great instincts when it came to finding and securing the right talent, with a record of successful searches and client relationships. The charisma and energy she brought to her work inspired her team and provided a legacy for Litherland & Company to continue advancing beyond her passing.
MEET BROOK COATSWORTH
Managing Partner, Executive Search Consultant
Brook brings a unique business development background to the executive search business. His energetic approach, analytical mindset, and Agri-business knowledge allow him to adapt and respond to the needs of our clients' intermediate and senior level searches. Working with private sector firms and grower commissions across Canada, he has also positioned Litherland & Company to work with innovative biological and precision agriculture technology companies entering the Canadian market.
Brook completed his MSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of Guelph before partnering with food and Agri-businesses to analyze growth and international market strategies while working at the Ivey Business School in London, Ontario. He is an avid athlete and spends his time off exploring Canada with his family.
